After serving on the Superior Court in Maricopa County and the Arizona Court of Appeals for a combined twenty years, Judge Fidel was invited to become the Merriam Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Subsequently appointed Associate Dean, he taught Torts and Statutory Interpretation at the law school for six years before returning to the practice of law. He now concentrates his practice in the following areas:
